To catch cheaters there's a
Golden Rule:NEVER TALK ABOUT IT IN MAINCHAT.Use PM
First, you need to be SURE that he uses hacks.
Go to spec and FIRST
!fing him to get his IP.
Never do your fing in mainchat, do it in fireteam chat or use silent commands.
type in the console:

/record <name of the cheater>
Spec him for at least 10 minutes, when you are sure he uses hacks, type

in the console.
If you have more admins who thinks he uses cheat, !ban him or !kick him. If you're alone in the server, post the demo on forum and contact a high admin on xfire.
